Heat Exchangers
RECO builds shell-and-tube type heat exchangers that transfer heat by direct surface contact which allows water (and other liquids) to be heated in particularly large volumes. Features of all of our standard heat exchangers include:
- Single and double wall “U” tube design
- 4” to 24” diameter bundles.
- Bronze, carbon steel, and SS tube sheets
- Two and four pass available
- 2 – 3 weeks delivery for standard units
- Straight tube designs also available
Tube Bundles
We manufacture a complete line of replacement U-tube bundles as well as complete heat exchangers.
Over time, U-tube bundles deteriorate from corrosion, pressure, and high temperatures and have to be replaced. If your piece of equipment has a failed tube bundle it usually means its time to replace the tube bundle.
Our tube bundles are available in a wide variety of materials, including steel, copper, brass, and other custom metal options depending on the application, the inlet temperature available, and outlet temperature required.
